About Ohio Valley Educational Service Center
The Ohio Valley Educational Service Center (ESC) is a regional agency supporting 10 school districts and 2 career centers across six southeastern Ohio counties: Washington, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry, and Guernsey. With offices in Cambridge and Marietta, the Ohio Valley ESC spans approximately 2,500 square miles and serves more than 12,000 students. Offering over 50 different services, the ESC primarily focuses on preschool education, school improvement, and special education support for its member districts.
