About Ohio Valley Educational Service Center
The Ohio Valley Educational Service Center (ESC) is a regional agency supporting 10 school districts and 2 career centers across eight southeastern Ohio counties: Washington, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry, Athens, Belmont, and Guernsey. With offices in Cambridge and Marietta, the Ohio Valley ESC spans approximately 2,500 square miles and serves more than 13,000 students. Offering over 50 different services, the ESC primarily focuses on preschool education, school improvement, and special education support for its member districts.

As the school year winds down, the Rolling Hills Bright Beginnings Preschool classes have been busy making unforgettable memories! From a fun-filled visit to the high school’s FFA petting zoo to an exciting “W is for Water Day,” our preschoolers have enjoyed every moment. To top it all off, they were treated to delicious ice cream generously donated by Rasor’s!
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Rasor’s and the high school for always thinking of our littlest Colts and helping create these special experiences. We are also incredibly grateful to our parents for your continued support of your children and our teachers throughout the year. What a fantastic way to wrap up the school year!
