“PUBLIC NOTICE”

The Ohio Valley Educational Service Center (OVESC) Governing Board hereby gives
public notice in accordance with Sections 3307.353 and 3309.345 of the Ohio Revised Code
that David Hire currently employed as an Executive Director of Administrative/Shared
Services and Training by the OVESC will be retired and is seeking reemployment with the
OVESC in such a position effective July 24, 2025. The Governing Board will hold a
hearing at its public meeting to be held at Lori’s Restaurant in Caldwell, OH at 6:00pm on
the issue of David Hire being reemployed at the OVESC on Thursday, June 26, 2025.
