H.B. 197 NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING
Ohio Valley Educational Service Center Governing Board – Thursday, October 20, 2022, 5:30 p.m.
In accordance with H.B. 197, R.C. 121.22, and applicable laws; the Treasurer of the Ohio Valley Educational Service Center Governing Board (“Governing Board”) hereby serves an amended written notice that a regular meeting of the Board is called for Thursday, October 20 2022, 5:30 p.m., at the Ohio Valley ESC, which is located at 2333 B State Route 821, Marietta, Ohio 45750 . The Governing Board may recess into executive sessions pursuant to R.C. 121.22. The Governing Board will also take formal action in open session.
