In addition to her classroom experience, she has served the past two years as the district’s IMSE Instructor, delivering high-quality OG+ and Morphology literacy training to staff. Her role with IMSE continues today, where she provides IDA-accredited professional development virtually and in person to educators across the country.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and brings an impressive set of credentials to her new role, including:
- IDA Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist
- Level 5 IMSE OG Master Instructor
- IMSLEC Dyslexia Practitioner II
- Licenses in Reading/ELA & Social Studies (4–9), Supervision, EEHC PreK–3, SLD/DH K–12, English 7–12, and a Reading Endorsement
Her mission has long been to improve the professional development experience for educators and to work collaboratively with teachers, coaches, and administrators at all grade levels. Jennifer is excited to continue the Literacy Department’s focus on relationships, responsiveness, and results for OVESC’s member districts.
Please join us in welcoming Jennifer. She is eager to SERVE member districts by enhancing literacy instruction. Jennifer will begin in her new position with the OVESC on August 1, 2025.
